We are a joined-family operation with decades of experience in Home Improvements/General Construction. J.C. Construction was founded by John Chinchar SR. over 25+ years ago. Since then, John Chinchar SR. has passed on his knowledge to his 3 sons, who then started their own branch off of the business (3 Brothers Home Improvement). With new growth everyday, the brothers find themselves keeping their father's name alive, generation through generation.

On-Site Consultations
After submitting a request form we will have someone sent out to your home for a free in-person consultation.

After our in-house consultation, we will come up with a personalized game plan for you and make sure that the right workers are assigned to the job.
The Job Itself
When we are in your home we treat it like our own. Anything that we are responsible for will be taken care of appropriately and no job is ever left unfinished.

Workmanship Warrantee
For the majority of our jobs, we offer a 30 day 'Workmanship Warrantee'.
This means that for 30 days we can almost assure you that our work will stay true. HOWEVER, we can not guarantee how the home owner will treat the home and such neglect can lead to further issues.
(In simple terms - if we fix something and it breaks/malfunctions within 30 days and it is OUR fault [due to improper installation, faulty parts, etc.] , we will come back to fix it and you will not be billed extra - depending on the circumstance)
